Schedule/General Info (Classes Begin Jan. 6, 2025)

Foundations Class:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.

Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Advanced Class:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Saturday: 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

Open Mat:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Saturday: 12:15 p.m. - 1:15 p.m.

• Mondays and Thursdays are no gi. 

Tuesdays and Saturdays are gi.

• The Advanced class and Open Mat are for one-striped white belts and above. You must graduate from the Foundations course and obtain your second stripe before you are allowed to forgo those classes completely though. If you choose to attend an Advanced class as a one-stripe white belt you must also attend the Foundations class that precedes it that day.

• Drop in/visitor fee: $10

• The academy will be closed on all major holidays and the week of Christmas. Closures due to extreme weather, illness, or emergencies will be announced with as much notice as possible.

• Classes are for adults, but an adolescent aged 13-17 can join if he or she is mature enough to focus and pay attention to more detailed discussions and is willing to train with older and bigger people. A parent or legal guardian is required to sign a liability waiver on behalf of a student less than 18 years old.

• We offer a 10% discount for active-duty law enforcement officers. Please inquire at the front desk.

• Free trial class for anyone interested in trying out Jiu Jitsu for the first time.
